Terms of Use
Effective August 19, 2026
The service
ReviewStar lets businesses publish temporary customer photo pages and include a link to their selected Google review destination. ReviewStar does not guarantee that a customer will leave a review or that any review will remain published.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and messages you upload. You give ReviewStar permission to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. You must have permission to upload and share the content and must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Acceptable use
You may not use ReviewStar to mislead customers, manipulate reviews, offer prohibited incentives for reviews, distribute malware, violate privacy rights, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for complying with Google’s review policies and all laws that apply to your business.
Subscriptions
ReviewStar includes 3 free published shares per business. Drafts do not count toward this lifetime allowance. ReviewStar Unlimited subscriptions are billed through the app store used to purchase them. Pricing and billing period are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through that store’s subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ReviewStar available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms as the product evolves.
Disclaimers and liability
ReviewStar is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ReviewStar and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
