Privacy Policy

ReviewStar helps businesses send completed-work photos to customers and invite those customers to leave a Google review.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as your email address, the Google business profile you select, customer-page photos and messages you upload, subscription status, and basic product activity such as page views and review-link clicks. If you join a launch notification list, we collect the email address you submit. We do not ask businesses to provide a customer’s name, email address, or phone number.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide requested launch notifications, create and host customer photo pages, open the selected Google review destination, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve ReviewStar.

Photo pages

Published customer photo pages are accessible to anyone with their unguessable link for 30 days unless the business deletes them sooner. Repeat visits and automated link previews may each count as a view. Draft pages remain private and are retained for up to 30 days unless the business deletes them sooner.

Service providers

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Vercel for web hosting; Postmark for requested email notifications; Google for sign-in and business-place data; Apple and Google for in-app payments where applicable; and RevenueCat for subscription management. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Customer pages and drafts expire after 30 days. We retain account, business, subscription, launch-notification, security, and limited activity records as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account, associated business data, or launch-list email by contacting us.

Your choices

You can delete individual shares in the app, stop using the service, or request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
